What are the delivery times?
We ship all orders within 24 business hours. Delivery within mainland France then takes 3 to 5 business days depending on the carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is shipped.
Is delivery free?
Yes! Delivery is free for all orders over 50€ in mainland France. Below this threshold, shipping costs are 4.90€. We also deliver to Belgium, Switzerland, and Luxembourg.
How to track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package in real-time on the carrier's website. If you have not received this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@kesso.fr.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return any item. In accordance with French law (Hamon Law), you benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal, but we go further for your satisfaction.

4. Refund within 5 working days of receipt
The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with its tags attached.
Can I exchange my size or color?
Absolutely! Contact us at hello@kesso.fr. If the desired product is available, we will arrange the exchange free of charge. Otherwise, we will issue a full refund.

All our accessories are carefully selected for their quality and authenticity. We personally vet each supplier and product before adding it to our store. Our materials are durable and resistant for a style that lasts.
How do I choose my size?
Each product page contains a specific size guide. Generally, our jewelry is adjustable and fits everyone, and our hats are one size with an adjustable tightening system. For bags, precise dimensions are indicated on each product.
How to care for my jewelry?
To preserve the shine of your jewelry: avoid contact with water, perfumes, and cosmetics. Store them in their protective pouch. To clean them, use a soft, dry cloth. With these precautions, your KESSØ jewelry will last for a long time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, which uses 256-bit SSL encryption.
Is my personal data protected?
Yes, we strictly comply with GDPR. Your data is never sold to third parties. It is used solely to process your order and, if you have consented, to send you our newsletter. You can request its deletion at any time by contacting us.
